The process features, including air hammer repeated forging, refine the grain (carbide) structure of the material, which contributes to the exceptional hardness and wear resistance of the cutting wheels. Furthermore, the high-speed performance and superior fatigue resistance of the high-speed steel provide extended lifespan, ultimately saving customers time and energy.

The package includes 6 HSS circular saw blades, 2 mandrels, and a clear plastic box with a hinged lid for convenient storage and organization. The mandrel shank sizes are available in 1/8 inch (3.2 mm) and 1/4 inch (6 mm), with an inner diameter of 6.35 mm, a thickness of 0.8 mm, and outer diameters of 22 mm, 25 mm, 32 mm, 35 mm, 44 mm, and 50 mm.

It is important to note that when installing the cutting wheels, the entire mandrel shank should be inserted to the end, as the high-speed operation of the electric grinding tool can cause the shaft to bend if not properly secured. Additionally, the user should always tighten the screw on top before use and exercise caution to prevent injury, as these are high-speed power tools. It is recommended to use smaller diameter saw blades and lower speeds whenever possible, ensuring the cutting speed does not exceed 20,000 rpm.
